The Master’s program in Sustainability Studies is an ideal opportunity to have one of our students or one of your own employees work on current issues at your company for several months. Our Master’s students bring a holistic approach and specialist knowledge of both sustainability and transformation processes.
This allows you to save resources, for example because you do not need to consult expensive external expertise. You have more scope for pilot projects within the company without having to take major risks, and for students it is an opportunity to apply and deepen their specialist knowledge in practice.

Are you looking for a Master’s qualification program free of cost for your own employees?
In addition to recruiting junior staff, there is of course also the option of offering your own employees a Master’s qualification program with us. 2 of the 3 semesters can be spent mostly in the company. The lectures and modules continue to offer a great deal of flexibility. In some cases, the program can be completed independently of time and location and we schedule the attendance dates as early as possible so that you and the students can plan accordingly. This means that nothing stands in the way of part-time employment!
Three-semester Master’s degree with a flexible curriculum
- In semester 1, students deal with important content relating to the field of sustainability and can at the same time already deepen their knowledge in an area that matches their project topic. Onboarding is also an important component of the first semester.
- Semester 2 focuses on project work (ideally in the company), which is supported by an accompanying module.
- In semester 3, the Master’s thesis is written (this can be based on the project work topic and also implemented with the company). Students are also supported by an accompanying module.
Part-time study is possible and there is flexibility with regard to the modules taken.
