Looking for a no-cost Master’s qualification program for your employees?

Beyond recruiting new talent, you can also support your current employees in earning a Master’s degree through our Sustainability Studies program—at no tuition cost (for EU citizens).

Two out of the three semesters can be spent primarily within your company, and the flexible course structure makes it easy to combine work and study. Many modules are offered with time- and location-independent options, and in-person sessions are scheduled well in advance to support effective planning.

This setup makes part-time employment entirely feasible—while advancing the skills and expertise of your team.

Three-semester Master’s program with a flexible curriculum

 Semester 1:
Students build a solid foundation in key sustainability topics while beginning to specialize in areas relevant to their individual project work. A structured onboarding process ensures a smooth start into the program.

Semester 2:
The focus shifts to project work—ideally carried out in collaboration with a company. This phase is supported by a dedicated module that provides guidance and academic grounding.

Semester 3:
Students complete their Master’s thesis, which can build directly on their project work and be carried out in partnership with the company. An accompanying module offers continued support during this phase.

The program is designed with flexibility in mind: part-time study is possible, and students can tailor the selection and timing of their modules to fit their individual needs and professional commitments.
